The present invention relates to data application technologies in the field of video surveillance. Disclosed are an intelligent video record playback method based on mobile information, and an apparatus thereof. The method comprises the following steps: searching for all mobile detection additional information which meets a time segment requirement of a playback request in a hard disk, and storing the mobile detection additional information as mobile information into a mobile information link table according to a time order; obtaining a current playback state and a playback time point, and searching for a current playback mode and latest mobile information under the current playback time point in the mobile information link table; matching the found latest mobile information with the current playback time point; and controlling a playback speed according to a matched result to implement automatic control of intelligent playback speed. By repeating the foregoing steps, a real-time, automatic and continuous control of intelligent playback speed can be implemented, so that the speed is automatically adjusted into a normal playback speed when there is mobile information, and the playback can be fast when there is no mobile information, and the playback time of a video record can be shortened. |
