摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a digital factory productivity managing system reflecting a real-time factory situation, which is provided to establish a production plan and to manage production performance according to changes in an actual site environment by adding an enterprise resource management function to a digital factory that is a virtual simulation factory. To achieve the objective, the digital factory productivity managing system comprises: a digital factory (10) to convert men, machines, materials, and methods for production (4M) in an actual factory to digital data to establish a production plan using the database and to predict production performance through presimulations according to work scenarios; an enterprise resource management unit (20) to provide the digital factory (10) with various data for production through human resource, accounting, material and ordering management; a site management unit (30) to identify, in real time, site situations of a factory where work is performed according to work instructions established by the digital factory (10) and to manage work performance by the 4M; and a work center (40) to establish a production site database using the various data collected by the site management unit (30) and to provide the digital factory (10) with the production site database.</p>
