PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting element which hardly deteriorates, a light-emitting device and an electronic apparatus which hardly deteriorate, and a method for manufacturing a light-emitting element which hardly deteriorates.SOLUTION: The light-emitting element comprising an EL layer between a pair of electrodes is covered using a layer containing an inorganic compound and halogen atoms or a layer containing an organic compound, an inorganic compound, and halogen atoms, thereby allowing deterioration due to intrusion of moisture to be suppressed. Thus, the light-emitting element having a long service life can be obtained. |
