PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system using an IP transfer network by communications between two terminals via the IP transfer network.SOLUTION: By adopting a communication system capable of performing communication between two terminals via the IP transfer network using an IP telephone communication technique of applying call control of No. 7 common line signal system or a message function of SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) to the IP transfer network by using the IP transfer network, a server for performing communication management of a transmission side terminal and a server for performing communication management of a destination side terminal performs communication connection control of the transmission side terminal and the destination side terminal.
