CORRELATION VALIDITY EVALUATION IN WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR REPORTING BASED ON SAME

Provided is a method for reporting performed by user equipment in a wireless communication system. The method comprises: obtaining an estimation result from a first point in time; obtaining location information from a second point in time; determining a correlation between the location information and the estimation result; and transmitting to a base station a report message including the estimation result. When the location information is determined to have a high correlation to the estimation result through a correlation validity evaluation, the method further comprises transmitting the location information to the base station.

1. A reporting method performed by a user equipment in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:
acquiring measurement result at a first time; acquiring location information at a second time; determining correlation between the location information and the measurement result; evaluating validity of the correlation; and transmitting reporting message including the measurement result to a base station, if the location information is determined to have high correlation with the measurement result by the correlation validity evaluation, the method further comprising transmitting the location information to the base station.
