This invention relates to a method for introducing a substance (SU) into a plant (P), in particular a pot plant, comprising the following steps: • - forming a hole into a stem (S) of the plant (P) to get access to a transportation system of the plant (P); • - arranging a container (CO) around the stem (S) of the plant (P), such that substances (SU) held by the container (CO) are able to enter the transportation system of the plant (P) through the hole in the stem; and • - filling the container (CO) with the substance (SU). The invention further relates to a container for introducing a substance (SU) into a plant. |
