An aspect of the present invention provides a styrenated phenol compound in which styrenated phenol is linked to hydroxyl amine. The styrenated phenol compound prevents discoloration when mixed with a hardener for an epoxy paint while maintaining a hardening promoting property and a plasticizing property, thereby improving the external quality and storage stability of a product.
