<p>Disclosed is an electrostatically coupled antenna, wherein an insulation resistance abnormality and failures, such as a short-circuit, of a coaxial cable or the like connected to a power feeding area can be easily found by means of an insulation resistance meter, tester or the like. An electrostatically coupled antenna (10a) is provided with: a first conductor (12a); and a second conductor (13a), which is formed without being short-circuited with the first conductor (12a), and which is electrostatically coupled to the first conductor (12a) when supplied with power. A power feeding area of the second conductor (13a) is formed in an inner region of the first conductor (12a) and/or in an inner region of the second conductor (13a) excluding the power feeding area.</p> |
