PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organism insertion implement and a suction method, allowing for reliable prevention of release of a biological tissue from a suction state when the biological tissue is sucked.SOLUTION: A vagina insertion member 5 is inserted into a vagina 1400. The vagina insertion member 5 includes : a top face 511a functioning as an abutment face to abut on a vagina wall defining the vagina 1400; at least one suction hole 59 for sucking the vagina wall to the side of the upper face 511a while the upper face 511a is abutting on the vagina wall; and a blocking part 56 for blocking or suppressing the deviation of the vagina wall in the puncturing direction of a puncturing member 3 with respect to the upper face 511a when the vagina wall is punctured by the puncturing member 3 in the suction state in which the suction port 59 sucks the vagina wall. |
