PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system/apparatus and a method, for efficiently generating nanoparticles.SOLUTION: Feed streams are supplied to a booster pump at an individually controlled rate based on the individually controlled operation of feed pumps. The time required for first and second feed streams to be integrated/mixed is minimized prior to the introduction into a microreactor (interaction chamber). Prior to the micro- and/or nano-scale interaction in the microreactor, a potential reaction and the interaction of other components can be thereby avoided.
