PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intraorally disintegrable tablet biologically equivalent to an olmesartan medoxomil-containing non-orally disintegrable tablet (brand name: Olmetec tablet) which dissolves quickly when putting in mouth or water, has a good taste, has hardness sufficient for ordinary production, delivery, and use, has excellent elution properties and preservation stability, and has a good taste suppressed unpleasant taste and stimulus when putting in mouth, as well as has no unpleasant odor when taking medicine; and to provide a production method excellent in industrial production thereof.SOLUTION: The orally disintegrable tablet contains olmesartan medoxomil or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof as one or more kinds of pharmaceutically acceptable additive agents and active ingredients, and substantially does not contain any water soluble polymers of hydroxypropylcellulose, polyvinylpyrrolidone, and polyvinyl alcohol.
