The present invention relates to a resin composition and an optical film formed using the same and, more specifically, to a copolymer resin composition formed by polymerizing an alkyl methacrylate based monomer, a styrene based monomer, a phenylmaleimide based monomer, and an alkylacrylate based monomer, and to an optical film formed using the same. The resin composition according to the present invention reduces a pungent smell created at the time of film extrusion, and has excellent heat resistance and thermal stability.
