The present invention relates to a battery module provided with a damping structure and comprising electrode leads, the battery module comprising: two or more battery cells, which are stacked and aligned to be vertically or horizontally adjacent to each other, and which can be charged and discharged; and external members for fixing each of the battery cells and defining a battery cell stack, wherein each of the battery cells have an electrode lead which is electrically connected to an electrode assembly inside of the battery cell and protrudes toward the outside of a battery case, wherein the electrode leads of the battery cells in the battery cell stack form an electrode lead combined portion by being combined by welding, and wherein the damping structure for absorbing and buffering external force applied to the battery module or vibration from a welding step is formed on the electrode lead combined portion or on the remaining area of the electrode leads that is not the electrode reed combined portion. |
