Disclosed is a flexible open-top container, comprising a box body (1), multiple top arches (2) and a tarpaulin (3), wherein two ends of each top arch (2) are all snap-fitted at an edge of an upper opening of the box body (1), the tarpaulin (3) covers an upper surface of the top arches (2) and can be detachably mounted on the box body (1), and further comprising one or more locking members mounted on the box body, the locking member snap-fitting or being fixedly connected with the top arches (2). By the locking member connecting one end of the top arches (2) with the box body (1), the top arches (2) cannot be detached when the tarpaulin (3) is not detached or obvious damage has not occurred, preventing the top arches (2) and items in the box body (1) from losing, while ensuring that the top arches (2) can be conveniently detached and removed after the tarpaulin (3) is detached so as to extract the items in the box body (1).
