摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a sensor for detecting single-walled carbon nanotubes using a resonator to which DNA is fixed, and the present invention relates to a method of detecting single-walled carbon nanotubes with a high degree of sensitivity in river systems by using the sensor. More specifically, the present invention relates to a sensor for detecting single-walled carbon nanotubes in river systems, the sensor comprising: a first DNA sequence and a second DNA sequence comprising mutually complementary sequences, able to bind to the outer wall of a single-walled carbon nanotube in a river system; a third DNA sequence comprising a sequence complementary to the first DNA sequence; and a microresonator onto the surface of which the third DNA sequence is fixed and which exhibits the phenomenon of resonance frequency shifting following an increase in mass due to hybridization of the third DNA sequence and the first DNA sequence, and the present invention relates to a single-walled carbon nanotube detection method using the sensor. The present invention can provide an outstanding means whereby it is possible to detect single-walled carbon nanotubes in river systems with an outstanding degree of sensitivity, and hence it is possible to analyse the toxic effects of SWNTs on the environment and the human body.</p>
