<p>The present invention relates to a device which helps people to go down the side line stairs through a rooftop and escape to the ground when a fire occurs in an apartment and a building. An electronic device is installed to open a fire door (It is locked always) automatically. An automatic key drop unit is installed if the electric device has some troubles and does not operate. The device of the present invention has a light and an exit sign to help people to go to the side line at the rooftop and to go down to the ground safely. At worst, the device helps people to pull an emergency rope and to receive a key and to open a door and to go out if all things do not operate. If the key comes down due to play of children, an automatic alarm operates and a control office can grasp the situation.</p> |
