Provided is a structure for controlling leakage of a coolant through an interlocking part of a piston ring for a solenoid valve of pilot operation type dividing a back pressure chamber by a piston. The piston (46) is formed by being divided into a piston body (68) integrally formed with a valve body and a support (70) formed independently from the valve body in the axial line direction. A piston ring (72) slid to a body is held between the piston body (68) and the support (70). The piston body (68) always contacts with the side surface of one side of the piston ring (72). And the support (70) always contacts with the side surface of the other side of the piston ring (72).
