PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service server for enabling log-in even at another terminal by using an application in a log-in state.SOLUTION: A service server 130 for providing log-in service using a one-time password includes: a request reception section 310 for receiving a request of providing one-time password from a first terminal 100; an effectiveness determination section 320 for determining log-in effectiveness of the first terminal 100 from log-in information to the first terminal 100; an OTP (a one-time password) generation section 330 for generating the one-time password according to result of determination by the effectiveness determination section 320; an OTP transmission section 340 for transmitting the one-time password to the first terminal 100; an OTP reception section 350 for receiving an authentication request number from a second terminal 110; an authentication confirmation section 360 for comparing the authentication request number with the one-time password to perform authentication; and a log-in processing section 370 for performing log-in processing of the second terminal 110.
