PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for controlling the period of a nanostructured assemblage including a blend of block copolymers deposited on a surface or in a mold.SOLUTION: A method comprises: preparing a blend comprising dissolved block copolymers, including n block copolymers (n being an integer between 2 and 5) which exhibit different molecular weights but for which at least one of the constituent monomers respectively of each of the blocks of the block copolymers is identical; depositing the blend solution on a surface or in a mold and annealing.
