an elongate tube having a proximal end, a distal end and an lumen extending between the proximal end to the distal end of the elongate tube; a probe tip disposed on the distal end of the elongate tube; and a probe handle having a proximal end and a distal end, the distal end of the probe handle being disposed on the proximal end of the elongate tube and the probe handle having a lumen extending from the proximal end of the probe handle to the distal end of the probe handle, the lumen of the probe handle being in unobstructed fluid communication with the lumen of the elongate tube and having a diameter larger than a diameter of the lumen of the elongate tube and a diameter equal to the diameter of the lumen of the elongate tube.
