Embodiments of the present invention provide a data packet processing method and a method, device and system for network traffic management. Under the condition of establishing only one Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) connection, a plurality of multiple networks can be used and the traffic used by each network can be controlled. One of the methods includes: a terminal obtains an aggregation flow table comprising a management policy for managing the network traffic of a first network and the network traffic of a second network; the terminal determines a transmission network for transmitting a first uplink data packet from the first network and the second network on the basis of the aggregation flow table; if determining that the first network is used for transmitting the first uplink data packet, the terminal transmits the first uplink data packet to the first network through a first network card corresponding to the first network and forwards the first uplink data packet to a gateway through the first network; if determining that the second network is used for transmitting the first uplink data packet, the terminal transmits the first uplink data packet to the second network through a second network card corresponding to the second network and forwards the first uplink data packet to the gateway through the second network.
