The present invention relates to an electrochemical sensor and a TRO sensor device including same. The electrochemical sensor according to the present invention comprises: a rod shape having conical diagonal lines at one end thereof; a ring-type opposing electrode disposed on the rod shape; a ring-type reference electrode disposed a certain distance apart from the opposing electrode; and an operating electrode disposed at the end portion of the conical diagonal lines, wherein impurity and scale removal can be made easy, and a rise in voltage at the working electrode can be reduced.
