<p>A cell reselection method and a device, wherein the method comprises: for any one cell, obtaining service traffic information of each user terminal in the cell; based on the obtained service traffic information of the each user terminal, determining activeness of the each user terminal; when determining that a network load volume of the cell is greater than a specified first threshold, redirecting user terminals with activeness not less than a specified second threshold to another cell with a network load volume not greater than the specified first threshold. A technical scheme of the present invention, by comprehensively considering load information of a network side and service volume information of a user terminal side when performing cell reselection in a heterogeneous network scenario, avoids a network load fluctuation problem caused by blindly selecting user terminals that need to be redirected, achieves objectives of dynamically adjusting load bearing situations of different networks, reducing a network congestion degree and implementing coordinative use of resources, and improves effect and execution efficiency of cell reselection.</p> |
