The present invention includes an electrode assembly consisting of an anode, a cathode, and a separator interposed between the anode and the cathode, an electrode tap which protrudes from an end or both ends of the electrode assembly, a sealing tap which surrounds the whole outer surface of the electrode assembly and a battery case where the electrode assembly is installed, and a top cap which is installed in the open upper end of the battery case where the electrode assembly is installed and electrically connects the electrode tap.
