<p>The present invention relates to a composition for inducing maturation of dendritic cells including MAB1843 proteins of Mycobacterium abscessus and a method for making the dendritic cells maturation using the same wherein the MAB1843 protein passes TLR4, thereby activating dendritic cells and increasing productivity of interleukin 12 p70, TNF-α, interleukin-6 and interleukin-1β, and is treated in immature dendritic cells and accordingly induces a mature dendritic cell wherein the mature dendritic cell whose capacity of capturing dextran is decreased and facilitates differentiation from T cell to Th1 type cell, thereby being usefully applicable as a composition for inducing the maturation of dendritic cells and as a composition for strengthening immunity.</p> |
