PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode and an electrolytic solution which are both for lithium secondary batteries, and lithium ion capacitors, and superior in charge-discharge cycle performance, and high-temperature storage suitability.SOLUTION: An electrode protection-film-forming agent (B) comprises: a sulfone compound (M1) having at least one bond (Y) selected from a group consisting of a urethane bond (Y1), a urea bond (Y2), an allophanate-bond (Y3), and a biuret bond (Y4); and/or a sultone compound (M2) having the at least one bond (Y). It is preferable that the sulfone compound (M1) further has a polymerizable unsaturated bond (X). It is preferable that the sultone compound (M2) further has a polymerizable unsaturated bond (X). |
