PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous film superior in ion permeability and heat resistance (thermally resistive ion permeability and resistance to thermal deformation).SOLUTION: A porous film which can be used as a separator for secondary batteries or capacitors comprises a thermally resistive porous body impregnated with a modified polyolefin-based resin. The rate of retaining its shape is 98% or more when heated at 200°C.
