An electrically peelable adhesive sheet which has an adhesive agent layer formed from an electrically peelable adhesive agent composition comprising (A) an acrylic copolymer containing a structural unit (a1) derived from a compound represented by general formula (a1) in an amount of 1 to 99% by mass and (B) a surfactant (B). The electrically peelable adhesive sheet has a high adhesion force before the application of a voltage, but the adhesion force can be decreased effectively by applying a voltage for a short time.
