A multi-chamber tire (1), comprising an outer body (11) and an annular flexible ring body (12); the outer body (11) is disposed on the outer side of the flexible ring body (12), chambers are arranged in the flexible ring body (12) around same, a plurality of partitioning walls (14) is disposed in the chambers, each of the partitioning walls (14) being arranged around the flexible ring body (12) and extending axially and radially, and the plurality of partitioning walls (14) is in a spaced arrangement around the flexible ring body, partitioning the chambers into a plurality of mutually isolated chambers (122). A plurality of isolated chambers (122) is disposed in the flexible ring body (12) of the tire (1); when an external object pierces the outer body (11) and punctures an isolated chamber (122), the tire can still be used and furthermore, can operate at high speed; only when the puncture of adjacent isolated chambers (122) occurs multiple times does the tire (1) become unsuitable for operation at high speed and require maintenance and repair; thus the service life and the performance of the tire are improved.
