This invention provides: a shielding housing that can be reduced in thickness and allows easier handling; a printed circuit board; and an electronic device. This shielding housing (10), which is made from a shielding member (6) that comprises both a conductive layer (3) and an insulating layer (4) laminated to said conductive layer (3), comprises the following: a housing section (11) that houses an electronic circuit (40), has a protruding shape, and is oriented such that the insulating layer (4) is on the side facing the electronic circuit (40); a flange section (12) that surrounds the housing section (11) and abuts against a printed circuit board (20); and pass-through sections (7) that are formed in the flange section (12) and pass through the conductive layer (3) and the insulating layer (4) so as to expose at least parts of a ground pattern (22) formed on the top surface and/or the bottom surface of the printed circuit board (20).
