<p>This service proposal device comprises a storage unit that saves: service information which is associated with health-related services, and in which service categories and symptoms on which the services produce an effect are stored; and biological information in which biological values of a patient are stored by biological value category. Moreover, the service proposal device is characterised by comprising a service proposal unit which: receives a search condition from a doctor, said search condition pertaining to a symptom or a service category; receives a disclosure condition from a patient, said disclosure condition being a biological value category that can be disclosed; shows an agent, who is a service provision point of contact, a screen which displays service candidates corresponding to the results obtained by using the received search condition to search the service information, and displays a biological value corresponding to the results obtained by using the disclosure condition to search the biological information; and shows the agent a screen with which the agent selects, from among the service candidates, a candidate to propose to the patient.</p> |
