a plate for increasing thickness adhered to at least one side of the composite member; wherein the composite member and a counterpart member are fastened together by inserting and fixing a fastener member into a through-hole formed through the composite member, the plate for increasing thickness, and the counterpart member to be joined to the composite member,. the joint structure is configured so that a shear force acts between the composite member and the counterpart member, and a plurality of the fastener member is disposed along a direction of action of the shear force.
