<p>Provided is an organic light emitting diode display device which includes a data line and a gate line which intersect with each other and define a pixel region; a switching thin film transistor which is connected to the gate line and the data line; a driving thin film transistor which is connected to the switching thin film transistor; a storage capacitor which is connected to the gate electrode and the source electrode of the driving thin film transistor; a light emitting diode which is connected to the source electrode of the driving thin film transistor to emit light; first and second sensing thin film transistors which are connected to the source electrode of the driving thin film transistor; an analog-digital convertor which is connected to the first sensing thin film transistor; and a current source which is connected to the second sensing thin film transistor.</p> |
