PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor configured to prevent filming, cleaning failure, noise, or the like, while improving abrasion resistance and showing sufficiently low exposure-section potential in electrical characteristics, and an electrophotographic cartridge, and an image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: An electrophotographic photoreceptor includes at least a photosensitive layer on a conductive support. An outermost surface layer contains a specific charge transporting material represented by a formula (1) and a specific compound represented by a formula (5). An electrophotographic cartridge and an image forming apparatus are also provided. |
