PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote control operation device for an agricultural implement, which can retain more reliably the power source of a remote control operation part capable of being remotely controlled against an actuator owned by a farm work machine mounted on a tractor for performing an agricultural operation.SOLUTION: A remote control operation device comprises: a remote control operation unit 30 capable of being remotely controlled by using an electric cell 201 stored in a battery storage part 35; and a power source connection part 40, wherein the power source connection part 40 includes: a power source connector 44 capable of being connected with a power source connection part 12a of a tractor 1 connected with the power source thereof; a battery receiving side connection part 41 capable of being connected with the battery storage part 35 of the remote control operation part 30; and a harness 43 for connecting the power source connector 44 and the battery storage side connection part 41. The battery storage side connection part 41 is connected with the battery storage part 35 in the state having the electric cell 201 removed, and the power source connector 44 is connected with the electric power source connection part 12a of the tractor 1, so that the power source of the remote control operation part 30 can be retained from the electric power source of the tractor 1.
