This mine management system (1) includes: a transportation machine onto which, when extracting ore from a vein in a mine comprising a plurality of extraction sites situated below the vein, a first tunnel situated below the vein, and a plurality of second tunnels connecting the plurality of extraction sites and the first tunnel, the ore extracted at the extraction sites is loaded and transported along the first tunnel up to an earth removal site; a loading machine which stops in a second tunnel when the space in which the transportation machine is traveling is in the first tunnel, excavates the ore at the extraction site, conveys the excavated ore in a direction away from the extraction site, and loads the excavated ore onto the transportation machine; and a management device that determines the extraction site to which the transportation machine is directed such that the capacity utilization of the loading machine is maximized or such that the capacity utilization of the transportation machine is maximized.
