The objective of the invention is to improve the flexibility of resource assignment when a terminal apparatus having a single Rx/Tx capability supports a dual connectivity. Each of a plurality of base stations (100, 300) in a system, in which one of the plurality of base stations and a mobile station communicate with each other in subframes by use of one of a plurality of UL-DL configurations, comprises a signal assignment unit (105, 305) that assigns signals, which are to be transmitted to the mobile station, on the basis of assignment information indicating the assignment, to each of the plurality of base stations, of subframes included in the UL-DL configuration having been set in the mobile station. The subframes included in the UL-DL configuration are assigned to each of the plurality of base station apparatuses for each of a plurality of DL/Sp/UL sets constructed by the subframes associated with UL grant-PUSCH timing and with DL assignment (PDSCH)-HARQ ACK timing. |
