The present invention relates to a polarizing plate comprising a polarizer and a protective film formed on at least one surface of the polarizer, wherein the protective film is formed of a composition for a polarizing plate protective film, the composition comprising: at least one curable compound selected from the group consisting of a compound having a functional group and an ethylenically unsaturated bond, and a ring-opening polymer compound; a non-curable polymer having a functional group at a side chain; and a polymerization initiator, wherein the functional group comprises at least one of O, N and F atoms.
