<p>A fluorescence detection device is provided with a lens for condensing light from at least one measurement object held on a substrate, a light receiver for measuring the light, and a light shielding plate that is disposed between the light receiver and the lens so as to face a light receiving element and is disposed at the focal position of the lens. The light shielding plate has at least one pinhole, and the light receiver is provided with a single-plate light receiving element disposed in a position removed from the focal point of the lens. The single-plate light receiving element has a plurality of pixel groups arranged thereon in which pixels of a plurality of colors compose a single unit. The light receiver uses the light receiving element to receive the light that passes through the pinhole.</p> |
