The present invention relates to a transmission method for control information, a user equipment and a base station. The transmission method for control information comprises: a user equipment determining to acquire a downlink control information (DCI) format of a downlink control channel corresponding to a first serving cell, the first serving cell being a serving cell corresponding to the user equipment, and the DCI format being determined by the type of duplexing used for a first serving cell and by the means used for feeding back a hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) corresponding to the first serving cell; and according to the determined DCI format, the user equipment detecting the downlink control channel. When using different forms of carrier aggregation, the DCI format corresponding to the control channel can be determined according to the type of duplexing manner and the means of feeding back HARQ-ACK feedback, and can be flexibly applied to various scenarios.
