A cover body attaching member (10) has: a metal plate (12) that is provided with an attaching hole for attaching a cover body of a container; a protruding or recessed seal section (20) that is continuously formed around the outer circumferential section of the metal plate (12); and a resin member (14), which covers the seal section (20) by being integrally formed with the outer circumferential section of the metal plate (12), and which has the rear surface side thereof welded to an opening of the container.
