PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture device and a puncture method which reduce a burden on a patient, exhibits high safety of the patient, and are capable of easily embedding an indwelling object for supporting a biological tissue into a living body.SOLUTION: A puncture device 1 comprises: two puncture needles 71 and 81 provided turnably; a divided piece 31 put on the puncture needle 71; and a divided piece 32 put on the puncture needle 81. Then, the puncture needles 71 and 81 are turned together to the distal end side to cause the distal end part of the puncture needle 71 and the distal end part of the puncture needle 81 to engage with each other, and thus, the divided pieces 31, 32 can be connected to each other within a living body. |
