PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal transfer circuit that can suppress wrong signal outputs due to voltage fluctuations of a power supply or the like while having a level shift circuit for outputting level-shifted input signals.SOLUTION: The signal transfer circuit includes the level shift circuit for level-shifting pulse signals of a first input signal and a second input signal into a first shifted signal and a second shifted signal, respectively, and a filter circuit for applying a filtering process to the first shifted signal and the second shifted signal. The filter circuit applies a pulse end delaying process to the first shifted signal to generate a mask signal corresponding to the second shifted signal and applies a pulse end delaying process to the second shifted signal to generate a mask signal corresponding to the first shifted signal, and as the filtering process, performs the process of canceling pulses of the first shifted signal and the second shifted signal during pulse periods of the mask signals. |
