<p>The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating autoimmune thyroid diseases or a food composition for alleviating or improving autoimmune thyroid diseases including an extract of nelumbo nuciferaGaerth as an effective component. The composition of the present invention significantly inhibits formation of hyaluronan, differentiation of fat, and inflammation, thereby effectively treating or improving various pathological conditions caused by thyroid autoantibody, for example thyroid eyeball illness.</p> |
