an external barrel; a rotation barrel disposed in the external barrel; a rotation mechanism connected with the rotation barrel for rotating the rotation barrel; a pressing mechanism connected with the external barrel, wherein the pressing mechanism comprises a pressing course and a releasing course; the pressing mechanism drives the rotation mechanism to rotate along a first direction during the pressing course, and the rotation mechanism rotates along a second direction during the releasing course, wherein the second direction and the first direction are opposite directions; and a deceleration mechanism connected with the rotation barrel to reduce a rotation speed of the rotation barrel.
