A temperature controlling element (106) is thermally coupled to the temperature-controlled section (105) for controlling the temperature of the temperature-controlled section (105). The temperature-controlled section (105) comprises a gas inlet (108) through which a gas (110) is blowable for controlling the temperature of the temperature-controlled section (105).
