<p>A self-heated lunch box comprises a first internal container (200), a heating apparatus (300), and a housing (400) for placing the first internal container (200). The heating apparatus (300) comprises a layer of heating pieces (301) adhered to an outer surface of the first internal container (200) and used for heating. The first internal container (200) is provided with at least one baffle (271) for dividing the internal container into at least two accommodating cavities. The baffle (271) is formed by an upward depressed groove (270) disposed at the bottom of the first internal container (200). Heating pieces (301) are also adhered to an inner wall of the groove (270). Because the internal container (200) of the lunch box is divided into multiple small cavities by using the baffle (271), the lunch box can contain various food in classifications; in addition, because the baffle (271) is formed by the upward depressed groove (270) disposed at the bottom of the internal container (200), the heating pieces (301) can be disposed on the wall surface of the groove (270) and can be inserted into the internal container (200), so that food can be sufficiently heated when the food is heated, and the heating efficiency is higher.</p> |
