The invention provides a method of downloading resources in mobile equipment. The method comprises the flowing steps: a, when a request for downloading resources is received, whether the current network information of the mobile equipment meets a first predetermined?downloading condition is judged, and b, when the first predetermined?downloading condition is judged not to be met, the information of the resources requested to be downloaded is recorded. The method further comprises the flowing step after the step b: i, when the current network information of the mobile equipment meets the first predetermined?downloading condition, the resources are downloaded according to the recorded resource information. The invention aims at providing a method of downloading resources in mobile equipment and a device. Resources which can not be downloaded at once are recorded, a user in person does not need to record the resource information, and a requested downloading operation is executed again when the user moves to a proper network environment. |
