<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation apparatus which can alleviate an impact force and an impact sound generated when a moving member for actuating an operation body having an electrode receives a biasing force of a biasing member and performs a return operation. <P>SOLUTION: An operation body 52 and an elastic deformation part 53 are provided in an elastic member 50 supported by a substrate 60, and when a press operation force to a moving member 130 is released, the moving member 30 is made to return in a Y1 direction by a return force of the elastic deformation part 53. At this time, by a pressing protrusion 35 provided in the moving member 130, a buckling deformation part 55b is compressed in the Y1 direction and crimped to a brake abutting part 34 by the buckling deformation.
