<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid supply device, a liquid jetting device, and a method for manufacturing the liquid supply device, capable of supplying liquid toward the downstream while preventing an ejection pressure of the liquid from a pump from damping. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid supply device includes: an ejection-side one-way valve 32 that is accommodated in an ejection side recess 50 formed on a rear face 35B of a channel formation member 35 and in which a through-hole 68 for communicating between a recess 39 for the pump and the ejection side recess 50 is provided so as to be openable and closable; and a third film member 55 that is welded to the ejection-side one-way valve 32 and the rear face 35B of the channel formation member 35 so that an opening of the ejection side recess 50 is covered, while the ejection-side one-way valve 32 is accommodated in the ejection side recess 50. The recess 39 for the pump and the ejection side recess 50 are superimposed and arranged seeing from a direction perpendicular to the rear face 35B of the channel formation member 35, and an inner bottom face 80a of a recess groove 80 which crosses to the direction perpendicular to the rear face of the channel formation member 35 is provided on an inner face of the recess 39 for the pump. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
